Hi! I’m Spencer. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I received my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. 

I believe therapy is a place for individuals to learn more about themselves, their feelings, experiences, and fears in a way that is safe and empowering. I believe that we all have emotional wounds and self-limiting beliefs from our past that need to be addressed and healed in order to move forward. Attending to the patterns we have developed from these early experiences are an important part of the therapeutic process in order to create meaningful and lasting change. My goal with each client is to work together to develop an understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which can then lead to the healing process and elicit positive changes.

Hi! I’m Gabi (she/her), a Student Counsellor at Portree Counselling Co.

My counselling approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where we walk alongside each other at your pace, honoring your unique experiences and strengths. I draw from various approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based and somatic practices, Narrative Therapy, family systems, and feminist therapy. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where you feel supported to explore your story and move toward meaningful change
